Your inspection is closer than you think.

CQC inspections are unpredictable. Policies drift from SAF 34 within months. Templates copied off Google don't align to the Single Assessment Framework. Subscription providers charge £3,000–£6,000 a year and lock you into their portal — cancel and you lose access to everything you've built. There's a better way: buy once, own forever, update when you want.

Frequently asked questions

How do I receive the documents after I buy?
Within 5 minutes of payment, two emails arrive: a receipt with a PDF invoice, and a secure download link. The link is valid for 72 hours and allows up to 3 downloads. The file is a single zip containing all 117 .docx policies organised by section.
Can I edit the policies to match my organisation?
Yes — that's the whole point. Every document is an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file. Add your logo, your organisation name, your registered address, your CQC registration number. Remove sections that don't apply. Add sections that do. You own the content outright.
Is this aligned to the CQC Single Assessment Framework?
Yes. Every policy is written against the SAF 34 Single Assessment Framework. The Suite includes a mapping document that shows which policies evidence which Key Question — Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-Led — so your inspection folder is traceable.
Does this cover residential, domiciliary AND nursing services?
Yes. Section 11 contains dedicated SOPs for each service type — Residential, Nursing, Domiciliary and Clinical Settings. The core policies apply across all regulated service types. Providers running multiple service types can use the Suite for all of them under one licence.
What's the difference between this and QCS or similar subscription services?
Three differences. First, ownership — you own the files permanently, not a subscription that ends when you cancel. Second, cost — £950 once versus £3,000-£6,000 every year. Third, scope — this Suite includes SOPs, flowcharts, forms and an inspection toolkit most subscription services charge extra for or don't offer.
Do I have to buy annual updates?
No. Updates are completely optional. If the CQC framework changes and you want the updated Suite, you can renew your access for £497/year. If you don't need them, you keep using the version you bought — the files never expire or get locked.
Can I share the files with a colleague or consultant?
The licence covers one organisation's internal use. You can share the files freely within your organisation — Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, staff members. Consultants who want to deploy across multiple clients need the Consultant Licence (enquiry-based — contact us).
What file format is everything in?
Microsoft Word (.docx) — opens in Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice, Pages, and every modern word processor. Fully editable. The Inspection Toolkit includes one Excel (.xlsx) file (Policy Version Control Register) and PDF quick-reference guides.
What if my download link expires or I lose the file?
Email henry@tenderriskassurance.co.uk. We'll issue a new link within one working day. The purchase is on file permanently — we don't charge you again.
Is VAT charged?
No. H-Kay Limited is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is chargeable on any purchase. The price you see is the price you pay. Your invoice reflects this.
What happens if CQC changes the framework after I buy?
You'll receive an email explaining what's changed and what's been updated. You can either continue using your existing Suite (still yours, still valid), or renew to the updated version for £497. We'll track the framework changes — you decide when to refresh.
I'm a consultant working with multiple care providers. Can I use this with my clients?
The single licence is for one organisation. Consultants deploying across multiple clients should email us about the Consultant Licence — designed for 5, 10, or 20 deployments with volume pricing. We'll send details.
