Before you buy

What is the Premium Suite?
A complete bundle of 117 CQC-aligned documents across 15 operational sections — policies, SOPs, flowcharts, forms and inspection tools. Every document is editable, every one is mapped to the CQC Single Assessment Framework (SAF 34).
Who is this for?
Registered Managers, Nominated Individuals, and care provider directors running CQC-registered services in England — residential homes, nursing homes, domiciliary agencies, clinical settings and mixed providers. Also used by compliance consultants working with multiple care sector clients (enquire about the Consultant Licence).
Who is this NOT for?
Services regulated outside the CQC (e.g. Ofsted children's services, Welsh CIW providers). The policies are written to English CQC standards and SAF 34 — they won't give you compliance in other regulatory regimes.
How is this different from QCS or similar subscription services?
You own the files permanently. Subscription services give you portal access — cancel and you lose everything. We charge £950 once; subscription providers charge £3,000-£6,000 every year. You can also edit our files freely and rebrand them; most subscription services restrict this.
What does £950 include?
All 117 documents, fully editable, organised in 15 sections. Includes the New Provider Fast-Start Toolkit, SAF 34 mapping, Inspection Readiness Toolkit, Policy Version Control Register, and a unique referral code. No hidden costs.

Product details

What file format are the documents in?
Microsoft Word (.docx) — opens in Word, Google Docs, Pages, LibreOffice. One Excel file (the Policy Version Control Register). Everything is editable and unrestricted — no DRM, no locked cells, no watermarks.
Does this cover residential, domiciliary AND nursing?
Yes. Section 11 has dedicated SOPs for Residential, Nursing, Domiciliary, and Clinical Settings. Core policies apply across all service types. If you run a mixed service, the Suite covers all of it under one licence.
Is the Suite aligned to SAF 34?
Yes. Every document is tagged against the CQC Single Assessment Framework's five Key Questions — Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-Led. The Inspection Toolkit includes a mapping document that shows which policies evidence which quality statement.
How often are the policies updated?
When CQC changes the framework, or when major regulatory changes occur (e.g. new Care Act provisions, Medicines Act updates, GDPR adjustments), we rewrite the affected documents. Updates are optional — you get notified and can renew for £497/year if you want the updated Suite.

After you buy

How and when do I receive the Suite?
Within 5 minutes of payment clearing. Two emails arrive: a receipt with a PDF invoice addressed to your organisation, and a secure download link. The link is valid for 72 hours and allows up to 3 downloads.
What if my download link expires?
Email henry@tenderriskassurance.co.uk with your receipt reference. We'll issue a new link within one working day — at no charge.
Can I share the files with my team?
Yes — internally. The licence covers unlimited use within one organisation (your Registered Manager, Nominated Individual, staff members, and board can all access the files). What's not allowed is sharing with other organisations or reselling.
I'm a consultant. Can I use this with my clients?
Not under the single £950 licence. We have a Consultant Licence for deploying the Suite across multiple client organisations — volume pricing for 5, 10, or 20+ deployments. Email us for details.

Updates & renewals

Do I have to buy annual updates?
No. Updates are completely optional. If you don't renew, you keep using the version you bought — the files don't expire or get locked. If regulations change and you want the updated versions, you renew for £497 for that year.
How do I get a free renewal through referrals?
Every customer gets a unique referral code. Share it with a colleague who needs the Suite. When they purchase using your code, your next annual update is marked free in our system. At renewal time, you receive an email with a no-charge download link. One referral = one free year. Multiple referrals stack across future years.
How are referral codes tracked?
Each customer's code is unique. New buyers enter it in the checkout form. If valid, the referrer's next renewal is tagged free automatically after the 14-day refund window clears. No self-referral — the system blocks referrer = buyer.

Consultants & multiple organisations

I'm a compliance consultant — what's my licence option?
The single licence covers one client organisation. For consultants working with multiple clients, we offer a Consultant Licence — 5, 10, or 20 deployments with volume pricing. Each deployment gets its own customisable version of the Suite. Email for details.
My company owns multiple registered services. Do I buy multiple Suites?
If all services operate under one legal entity (one Companies House registration, one CQC registration), one Suite covers them all. If each service is a separate legal entity, each needs its own licence — but we offer a reduced rate for sister organisations. Email to discuss.
